DELIVERY
Made To Order
Each piece is made to order. Once your order is placed, please expect a 2-4 week make time before your item(s) have been shipped. Production times vary from piece to piece. Items that require stone setting will take additional time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed during standard business hours. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a dispatch notification that includes your tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch
Express: 1–4 business days
Standard: 2–8 business days
Please note: Shipping is not insured.
International Shipping
All international orders are sent via Australia Registered Post International, which takes 6–15 business days from dispatch to delivery
Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging intact.
- Returns are only accepted for ready-to-ship pieces purchased in their original size.
- We do not accept returns on custom-made, engraved, resized, or altered pieces.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@harrietsabien.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
How To Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@harrietsabien.com.au with the following:
- Order reference number
- Reason for return
- Your preference: exchange or store credit
Please do not ship any items back before receiving a return authorisation and secure return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the order is incorrect. We are not liable for any parcels lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service.
